Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I am a search engine marketing consultant. I offer SEO audits and optimizations and one-on-one training for entrepreneurs that want to manage their own online marketing campaigns. I take a holistic approach to SEO and search advertising by first looking at a website’s content and messaging. That’s essential. From there, I can help you rank for keywords that you should already be showing up for and help you find keywords you can try for in the future.
I’m also a sustainable living blogger and the mom of two children. I’m originally from Sweden and my family and I live in Silicon Valley. My degree is in journalism but I’ve worked in search engine marketing since 2002. I’ve managed every aspect of websites throughout my career. I have a passion for helping female entrepreneurs and eco-conscious companies get found online.

My mission is to help eco-conscious and female entrepreneurs get found using the latest search engine marketing strategies.
My “why”
I became a sustainable living blogger because everything I read online talked about how individuals (and especially moms and women) should change their lifestyles to lower their environmental footprint. As a mom, I knew how hard this was. So I started writing about sustainable products and services that are better than the conventional products on the market. As an affiliate marketer for sustainability-minded companies, I came across a lot of websites designed to look pretty but not with eco-conscious customers and search engines in mind. Many websites were slow, not accessible, and they did not explain how and why their products and services solve their customer’s problems. I became a Moz Academy certified technical SEO so I could help sustainability-minded entrepreneurs get their websites found online.
How I do it
I help eco-conscious entrepreneurs get found by offering website audits and optimizations. I use technical SEO strategies and write copy optimized for search engines and consumers.
The problem I solve
Most websites are designed to look good. But having a pretty website isn’t enough in 2021. I help websites become compliant with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines using an SEO audit and optimization. I help with technical SEO issues such as page speed and accessibility as well as copywriting and increasing the site’s expertise, authority, and trustworthiness.
